COMPARATIVE EVOLUTION OF INHIBITORY STUDIES OF COMPOUNDS FROM PEDALIUM MUREX LINN TOWARDS HIV AND DENGUE VIRAL TARGETS: AN INSILICO APPROACH
Muthu Murugan* and Dr. P. Nirmala
Abstract Acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) caused by HIV virus is a world wide serious disease, researches are carried out to minimize the cause. An insilico based molecular docking attempt was made in this study to find plant based compounds from pedalium murex linn towards four protein targets from HIV and dengue virus. A comparative multi target inhibitory profile evaluation was made in this study to screen lead for the viral receptors using molecular docking software ligand fit module of Accelrys Discovery studio 2.1. From this study it was observed that, 9-octadecenoic acid and 9,12 octadecadenoic acid showed better binding affinity to all the four target proteins selected for this study. Keywords: HIV, Insilico, 9-octadecenoic acid, 9, 12 octadecadenoic, ligand fit. [Full Text Article] [Download Certificate] |
