Abstract Sidhma Kuṣṭha is a described in Ayurveda, predominantly caused by the vitiation of Vāta and Kapha doṣhas affecting Rasa and Rakta dhātus. It presents as whitish or discolored patches with mild itching, commonly over the chest, neck, and upper limbs. Clinically, it resembles Tinea Versicolor.
