COMMUNITY-BASED APPROACHES TO CERVICAL SPONDYLOSIS: INTEGRATING HOMOEOPATHY INTO PRIMARY MUSCULOSKELETAL CARE
Dr. Don J. Scott Berin G. MD (Hom)*, Dr. J. Ashok BHMS, MD (HOM)
Abstract Cervical spondylosis, a common degenerative disorder of the cervical spine, poses a significant burden on elderly and sedentary populations, affecting daily functioning and quality of life. This review synthesizes evidence from peer-reviewed literature and clinical guidelines to evaluate the role of Homoeopathy in its management. Findings suggest that individualized remedies, alongside community-level education and interventions, may alleviate symptoms, reduce recurrence, and enhance functional outcomes. Homoeopathy’s holistic approach, addressing both physical and emotional dimensions, aligns well with community-based healthcare models, offering a sustainable strategy for managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
