MANAGEMENT FOR EXCESSIVE MENSTRUAL BLEEDING IN HEALTHY INDIVIDUALS

Abstract Excessive or heavy bleeding is one of the menstrual disorders that affects the daily working capacity of the women. Menstruation is the important monthly event in the life of women. Normally bleeding persists for 5 to 7 days without affecting the working capacity of women. Any menstrual bleeding not fulfilling this criteria causes under menstrual irregularities. Duration of bleeding more than 7 days is called as heavy bleeding. There are lots of factors which may affect the normal menstruation leading to excessive heavy bleeding. In this article we will study the causes of excessive heavy bleeding and its causes.
