Abstract

In the treatment of Ayurveda all that directly or indirectly depends on Guna. Guna plays an important role in the selection of drug, selection of treatment line. These Gunas whether Sharirik, Paradi, Aatma or Bhavadi they are present in every Dravya of universe; which makes their dreadful importance. Gunas are described as physical properties of dravya. According to modern enventions there are many parameters, instruments available to detect the properties present in substances. According to this we can prove the presence of gunnas in the dravya. Following work was conducted for same.
