AYURVEDIC MANAGEMENT IN RAJASWALA PARICHARYA

Abstract Woman’s health is considered to be the one concerned with family, society and culture. Women are facing innumerable problems such as menstrual irregularities, severe pain & discomfort during menstruation, excess & heavy bleeding, absence of menstruation, infertility, fibroids, cysts, infection and so on. Hence an urgent need is seen to educate the society regarding the various Paricharyas (mode of living) put. Thus menstrual health can be maintained from the onset till the period of menopause. Various drugs like Amalaki, Satavari, Nagakesar, Asoka etc have proved very effective in case of menstrual abnormalities. forth in ayurveda in order to maintain the doshas, which in turns maintains health. Most neglected paricharya–‘Rajaswala Paricharya” if followed during menstruation, it will helps women to respond healthily to the drastic physical and mental changes during menstrual cycle and in relieving symptoms associated with it.
