PREPARATION, EVALUATION AND KINETIC STUDY OF NATURAL POLYMER CONTAINING DONEPEZIL AS AN ENHANCED ANTIALZHEIMER’S DRUG

Abstract

In the present study we prepared a formulation in the form of nanoparticle and we tried to report the significance of the nanopreparation in Alzheimer diseases we had taken the natural polymer from plant. The polymer act as a carrier for the transportation of synthetic drug that is donepezil. The formulation was prepared in the form of nanoparticle and then the nano formulation was evaluated at different aspect the reported particle size is 309.04 nm and the release of drug shows the 60 percent of drug release within 15 hrs which I more suggestive for further studies like in vitro cell line study and in vivo animal studies.
