MODIFICATION OF LIFESTYLE AND IT EFFECT ON FEMALE REPRODUCTIVE PROCESS IN PORT HARCOURT

Abstract Life style has been something that human being find it difficult to withdraw from and they carried out these lifestyles virtually on daily basis. Female embark on several life styles and these may affect reproduction when over depended on these lifestyles for a long period. The purpose of this study is to X-ray different lifestyles and its effect on reproductive process among female in Port Harcourt. The study revealed that 80.0% of the participants engaged in alcohol consumption and 20.0% of the participants do not consume alcohol. Also, 62.0% 0f the participants used contraceptive and 38.0% them do not use contraceptive. The data obtained from the study shows that 74.0% of the participants involved in self-medication while 26.0% of the participants do not involve in self-medication. 66.0% of the women were between the ages 35-44 years.
