A REVIEW ON BIOLOGICAL POTENTIAL OF PSIDIUM GUJAVA, CORIANDER SATIVUM, CARUM CARVI

Abstract

Medicinal plant used as sources of many potent and powerful medicines. The present study was focused on development and evaluation of polyherbal syrup from Psidium gujava, Coriandrum sativum, Carum carvi to conform its quality and potency. The developed syrup was evaluated for different physicochemical factors including physical appearance, pH and specific gravity. The combination oral liquid formulation has been praposed for antitussive, antispasmodic activity.
