IMPORTANCE OF BRAHMA MUHOORTA-THE IDEAL TIME FOR WAKING UP W.S.R TO LIFE STYLE DISORDERS IN MODERN ERA

Abstract
Today in the modern world everyone is busy with their own bread and
butter. He has no time even to think about healthy daily routines.
People are giving priority for everything except their own health. In
this situation one cannot accomplish the healthy life style as described
in our classical literatures. Thus more ailments became prominent due
to faulty life style. Acharya Vagbhata describes the healthy routines
and good conducts in Dinacharya Adhyaya of Ashtanga Hridaya and
mentioned that one who desirous of health and longevity has to follow
the same. Working late night-compromising the sleep and waking up
late is a serious health modulating factor nowadays. These all are
ignored by many of us. The habitual ignorance of daily routines
generates many health issues which mainly include life style disorders.
One can avoid these health issues by following healthy norms of living advised by great
sages of Ayurveda.
