TO EVALUATE THE METHOTREXATE DRUG WITH ITS PREFORMULATION METHOD CONFIRMING FOR THE PREPARATION OF NANO-FORMULATION OPTIMIZATION

Abstract

Before any research the scientist goes in the past of so that by collecting the pre data help out the researcher for confined and exact result. In this work Preformulation of the drug methotrexate was performed by physical appearance melting and boiling point with calibration curve by UV spectroscopy technique with also its FT IR spectroscopy to lead the research in positive direction. The resulted melting point of the pure active pharmaceutical ingredient methotrexate was 190 oC which is close to the reported value and all other data was same as pure reported value which confirms the presence of pure drug taken and it helped the further research proceedings.
