STUDIES ON THE STABILITY CONSTANT AND THERMODYNAMIC PARAMETERS OF [NI-II-N6- BENZYLAMINOPURINE] COMPLEX AS AN ANTICANCER COMPOUND: A SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC APPROACH
Laxmi Tantuvay and Vibha Malviya*
Abstract The N-6 benzylaminopurine are the aromatic nitrogen containing hetrocycles represent an important role in studie’s. In this work firstly we synthesized N-6 benzylaminopurine ligand after this we synthesized metal- N6 benzylaminopurine binary complex by general method. The spectrophotometric method were applied to the study of complex formation between Ni (II) with N-6 benzylaminopurine at 25oC and 40oC temperature. This studies have been undertaken manly with the view to determine the composition and stability constant of binary metal complex by job’s method and view to calculate the thermodynamic parameters studies in this investigation are enthalpy change (ΔH) entropy change (ΔS) and free energy change (ΔG) at two tempreture.[1] Keywords: [Ni (II)-N-6 benzylaminopurine] complex, stability constant, Thermodynamic parameter.
