A CASE REPORT ON KYRLE’S DISEASE

Abstract Background: Kyrle’s disease is a rare skin condition which is associated with diabetes mellitus and chronic kidney disease. It is a perforating skin disease that occurs as large keratotic papules widely distributed on entire body. The papules, nodules and plaques are initially observed on the legs, although it can develop on arms, neck and on hands. Medical care and surgical care have shown improvements in this condition. Hereby a case of 56year old female patient who was admitted in the hospital with the chief complaints of generalized weakness, irrelevant talk, poor food intake, disorientation and history of diabetes mellitus and chronic renal failure who Developed kyrle’s disease is presented.
