The reliability coefficient „r‟ of the questionnaire was 0.85 and of the attitude test was 0.76, which is more than 0.7, hence it was found to be reliable. The conceptual framework based on the Adaptation theory, developed by Sr. Calista Roy (1976), with input, processes, effectors, output and feedback. Result and Conclusion: It was found maximum of 81% of primary school teachers were having average knowledge score and 19% of primary school teachers were having good knowledge regarding learning disabilities in children. In attitude test the 84% primary school teachers were having positive attitude regarding learning disabilities. The post test showed that, 88% Primary school teachers have good knowledge score.[11-15], 12% have excellent knowledge score.[16-20] This suggests that there is marked increase in post-test knowledge score, and structured teaching was effective.
