Dr. Jagapriya L.*
. Abstract A method High Performance Liquid Chromatography was developed to analyses the specific phytochemical bioactive compounds from plant seed extracts of T. ammi, T. foenum- graecum and P. nigram. The isolation, purification and characterization of these compounds standardized by HPLC technique and determine the presence of alkaloids, flavonoids, phenols, amino acids and fatty acids in significant quantities were observed. Aim of the study is described the analysis of pharmaceuticals, traditional medicine and natural compounds used in different platform for novel drug discovery.
