Abstract

Synonymous terminology as Ahetu, Hetwabhasa and Asad-Hetu has traditionally been understood as fallacious probans or reason of inference, and forms a liveliest topic in the ancient logical treatises of Indian philosophical systems. Whilst Ahetu is the fake reasoning which plays a first-rate function within the context of debates amongst physicians. In the course of the method of defeating the opponent, one needs to be acquainted with Ahetu which proves as checkpoint inside the arguments. The term Hetwabhasa has historically been understood as unsuitable probans or motive of inference, and bureaucracy within the ancient logical treatises of Indian philosophical structures. Certainly, Buddhist logicians paid near interest exclusively to this problem, whose minute, hair-splitting and now and again some distance-fetched discussions of it made Indian common sense appear greater and more tedious and unintelligible. Hetva-Abhasa has two derivations and consequently two one-of-akind connotations. The term is paraphrased as Hetuvad Abhasate, that which appears as a probans, or Hetor Abhasah Sadrsah, that which resembles a probans; this corresponds to improper probans (Dusta-Hetu) or what changed into understood as such in the conventional Indian good judgment. The second one is paraphrased as Hetoh Hetau Va Abhasah (fallacy belonging to or abiding in a probans) and corresponds to fallacy' (Hetu-Dosa), or in different phrases, errors or fallacy which underlies the obvious probans and makes it invalid probans'. The concepts with new realistic examples are mentioned for better expertise. Accordingly within the dialogue the textual ideas had been simplified and had been made smooth through quoting different examples apart from the text. Consequently, for the overall prosperity of the physician’s understanding is enriched through wholesome debates, in which Ahetu, Hetwabhasa and Asad- Hetu performs critical role.
