. Abstract Infantile tremor syndrome (ITS) is an uncommon clinical disease that causes coarse tremors, anaemia, and regression of motor and mental milestones in children under the age of one year. ITS is seen in newborns who are exclusively breastfed by their strictly vegetarian others. As a result, these babies are at risk for vitamin B12 insufficiency. The symptoms and indications of ITS in children are similar to those of vitamin B12 insufficiency. Here, we present a case of 9 month old male child who visited paediatrics OPD of our Hospital, having complaints of tremor in both upper limbs and loss of milestones, nodding of head, cough and cold since 7 days. On examination he had pallor and hemoglobin level of 8.1g %. Keywords: Infantile Tremor Syndrome, Nutritional Deficiency, Vegetarian, Global Developmental Delay, Anemia.
