Abstract

CKD have become a major health problem. It is leading cause of morbidity and mortality in india and other developing countries. In ESRD (end stage renal diseases) stage of CKD there occur accumulation of toxins, fluid and electrolytes result in uraemic syndrome. It account for 60% of all death worldwide. CKD is a disease of mutravaha strotas. Agnimandaya and Amadoshasanchya plays an important role in mutravaha srotas dusti. So the line of management for the CKD is strotosodhan, amadoshapachan and rasayan drugs.
