Abstract

The Biological assays of Pharmaceutical products to review on the available literature that are widely applicable in the bioassay of pharmaceutical substances they are the more procedures for bioassay techniques, including methods multicellular and unicellular organisms. The presence of small amounts of pyrogen or endotoxin in the recombinant protein preparation and other pharmaceutical products causes side effects in host organisms. Due to this it is essential to remove the endotoxin from the drugs, injectable, and other biotechnology products rabbit pyrogen test is an older, and routine, standard in-vivo multi cellular test methods in pharmaceutical compendia. Limulus Amoebocyte lysate (LAL) is an in-vitro is employed in the detection and qualification of endotoxin that are of bacteria and nonbacterial origin. Bioogical assays are very essential in clinical medicine. The radio immune assay is based up the concentration of between labeled and unlabelled antigen for specific antibody sites, forming antigen complex this reaction is described by expression for formula. The B/F ratio is dependent upon the amount of non-radioactive antigen .Antigen concentration in unknown sample is determined by comparing the B/F ratio to the B/F ratios containing the incubating amount of known non-radioactive antigen with the same amount of known radioactive antigen with same amount of antibody in the unknown sample. Radio immune assays is a radio analytical techniques with remarkable sensitivity and a high degree of the specificity that is widely used for the estimation of variety of molecules present in the complex matrix also known as Radio tracer techniques.
