. Abstract Myasthenia Gravis (MG) is a immunological disorder which caused due by weakness and fatigability of voluntary muscles. Myasthenia is caused by a decrease in the number of postsynaptic acetylcholine receptor at the neuromuscular junction, which decreases the capacity of the neuromuscular end plate to transmit the impetus. Myasthenia Gravis (MG) was recognized as a clinical entity in 17th century. History is mention it. Epidemiology the prevalence of myasthenia gravis in pregnancy is estimated at 1in 20, 000 pathophysiology of Myasthenia Gravis is autoantibodies against acetylcholine receptor.
