Abstract

It is estimated that about two-third of the general population in many non-modern countries rely on traditional therapy and restorative plants to fulfil particular clinical problem needs. (Farnsworth and Soejarto, 1991) For decades, Andrographis paniculata has been used in Ayurvedic and Oriental medicine.
