Vd. Jyoti Dubey* and Prof. Vd. Sunil Patil
. Abstract Humans view good skin as one of their most desirable characteristics. Skin that glows is more than just an aesthetic accomplishment. The ancient Ayurvedic writings define bright and radiant skin as a sign of excellent health. The skin serves several metabolic and excretory tasks in addition to providing protection for the body. Additionally, it houses the complexion, which preserves personality and attractiveness. According to a recent report, skin illnesses are becoming more common today. Pollution, chemical products, poor food choices, and unhealthy lifestyle habits are just a few of the reasons why our skin is becoming dull and lifeless by the day. As a result, Ayurvedic skin care seeks to identify and treat the underlying cause of skin problems. Thus, preserving skin health via proper care is critical, as healthy skin is an indication of good health. This article is an attempt to describe various medicines and methods according to Ayurveda for good skin care.
