. Abstract Cerebral Palsy is the most common cause of disability in children. This disorder Which is denoted by abnormal posture and movement of muscle and all over the body CP is aries from an injury to the brain. Some patients affected by CP whose hands are affected can be correct or better by surgary. The surgary is not an proper or technical demand. Todeal with the CP the medical practioner and physical therapists an needed to recognisation of the neuromotor deficits. The disorder clinically classified based on predominant motor syndrom, such as extrapyramdal, spastic hemiplegia, spastic diplegia, spastic quadriplegia. By treating CP child or patient social skills, transitional activity and given to patients show greater improvements.
