A REVIEW ON: “DEPRESSIONâ€

. Abstract Major depression is a medical condition that as best treated by health professional getting physical exercise, reducing alcohol intake, avoiding substance abuse and family may also help. Depression is a common mental disorder affecting more than 264 million people in world wide. In depression conditions also disturb sleep and appetite, peoples are tired and poor concentration is common. Cellular neuroimmune mechanism beyond inflammation and stress are the significant in understanding depression condition. In depression condition to prescribe the antidepressant drug for example citalopram, escitalopram, paroxetine etc. when clinical and preclinical data is taken together exercise reduces the depression condition. It is most common mental disorder in the United States in 2014 there were an estimated 15.7 million U.S adult who experienced at least one major depressive episode, representing around 6.7 percent of country’s adult. The class of drug most commonly prescribed is selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor and this includes brands such as Prozac and Zoloft.
