REVIEW ARTICLE: SHARIR KRIYA OF KESHA

. Abstract The problem is that it isn‟t just hair. For literal millennia, human societies have ascribed meaning to hair. Today, a good head of hair is associated with feminine beauty and male virility. On a deeper level, our hair also communicates our social status, our sexuality, and even a level of personal responsibility via our control over our hair. In Recent era faulty habits of Dinchary, Ritucharya, Swasthvrrutta, mansik tan tanav (stress), pollution and many more factors get disturbed our normal sharir kriya (Human physiology). According to Ayurveda, in a living body, all sufferings are due to imbalance of the Dosha, Dhatu and Mala. Hence, the main aim of Ayurvedic therapies is to prevent disease and rebalance the Dosha, Dhatu and Mala. Through this article want to enlighten the fact that sharir kriyatmak view of Kesha (hair) will helpful to solve the many more problems of people. Detect the imbalance and improve the health.
