Abstract

Computer aided drug design plays a vital role drug discovery and development and has become an indispensable tool in the pharmaceutical industry. Computational medicinal chemists can take advantage of all kinds of software and resources in computer aided drug design field for the purpose of discovering and optimizing biologically active compounds. This article reviews software and other resources related to computer sided drug design approaches, chemical databases and chemo informatics tools. In this Review, We have conducted that this world of technology, we should again and apply those knowledge in the medical field to cure and treat many diseases by discovering and designing new drugs.
