Abstract

Ayurveda an ocean of knowledge talks about almost every form of life. It suggests to us how to live and how to lives a healthy life. In Ayurveda, there is a vast knowledge of diseases and their management. Here we are discussing some drugs which are to be mentioned very much efficient in treating GI tract abnormalities. Drugs like Bilva, Pippali, Nagarmotha, Sunthi etc. all having properties to treat this disease condition. By understanding the actions and properties of these we can use them either in a single form or can also make a formulation for treating such disorders.
