AYURVEDIC MANAGEMENT OF VENOUS ECZEMA- A CASE STUDY

. Abstract Vicharchika is a skin lesion of varying size with inflammation, itching and bleeding. It is a Rakta Pradoshaja Vikara with the involvement of three Doshas with dominance of Kapha Dosha. Venous eczema / Stasis dermatitis occurs when there is a venous insufficiency or poor circulation in the lower limbs, this leads to skin changes include eczematous, erythematous papules or plaques of the lower extremities bilaterally, particularly the medial malleolus.
