A CRITICAL REVIEW ON POISONING OF DHATURA IN AGADA TANTRA

. Abstract Agada Tantra (toxicology) is a branch of Ashtanga Ayurveda which includes the science of poisons.[1] It is originated from the school of toxicology, which become based and run via way of means of Acharya Kashayapa. It offers with diverse herbal and synthetic poisonous materials and poisons in element at the side of their antidotes, the symptoms and signs and additionally the control of poisoning due to the bites of snakes, bugs, spiders, rodents and many others in addition to from the mixtures of diverse different poisons & deadly doses of diverse poisons.[2] It additionally offers with medicinal drug in relation to the law, legal aspects of medical ethics and standards. Danshtra or Visha Chikitsa, as the Agada Tantra is popularly known, offers with diverse methods of cleaning the poisons out of the body as well as recommends antidotes for precise poisons. It offers with a huge variety of herbal pollutants originating from wild lives like animals, birds, bugs and many others., vegetation along with herbs (belladonna, aconite and many others.), vegetables, minerals (leads, mercury, arsenic and many others.) and synthetic poisons prepared from poisonous drugs.
