A STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF CARDIO-PULMONARY RESPONSE IN BICEPS CURL AND LEG CYCLING IN NORMAL HEALTHY MALE SUBJECTS

Abstract
Background: The aim of this study is to explore the effect of cardio
pulmonary response in biceps curl and leg cycling in normal healthy
male subjects. Methods: In this Experimental study, 10 healthy male
individuals were participated in the experiment study, underwent
treatment duration of 10 days they were evaluated and experimental
group receiving biceps curl training and leg cycling exercises . The pre
and post test values of heart rate, respiratory rate, rate pressure product
were recorded at the start of the treatment and after the end of the
treatment. Conclusion: This study concluded that there is a significant
alteration in heart rate, respiratory rate, and rate pressure product
between biceps curl and leg cycling shows better results in biceps curl
training.
