Abstract
Ano rectal diseases form a major concern for humans. Now a days, due to change on lifestyle and unhealthy eating habits Junk food, Bakery products, spicy food, night duties, less fiber diet and sedentary lifestyle ultimately result in impaired digestive power or Agnimandya. All these factor have caused marked increase in the incidence of Ano rectal diseases. includes group of anorectal disorders which definitely hampers day to day life of affected individual. In short People are notfollowing Dinacharya 1 and Rutucharya 2 described in ayurvedic samhitas resulting in various disorder Haemorrhoids is a very common ano rectal disease. Approximately 50% to 66% people suffer from haemorrhoids at some point in their lives. Males and females both affected equally. The exact cause of haemorrhoids is unknown. A number of factors are believed to play a role, including bowel habits (constipation or Diarrhea), Lack of exercise, low fiber diet increase intraabdominal pressure etc. Haemorrhoid have multiple treatment options which are different consertvatives as well as of surgical modilities which includes Haemorrhoidectomy has a Rubber band ligation, Sclerotherapy and Haemorrhoid Stapling. After surgical intervention are expensive and post operative pain is troublesome So the patient are unwilling for surgery. The conservative treatment in modern science mainly comprises stool softner [laxatives] but it alone can not act provide complete relief.
