Abstract

Pragyaparadha (Intellectual defect / knowing or committing a crime or unwholesome/ sinful acts) upsets the balance of the dosha, which causes both physical and mental illnesses to manifest. The Practice of Achara Rasayana (Behavioral behavior), which encompasses a code of moral, ethical, and benevolent conduct; revitalizes the body-mind system.
