MODERN THERAPEUTICS, VACCINES AND FUTURE CHALLENGES IN THE TREATMENT OF COVID-19

. Abstract In 2019, these was an outbreak spread of novel coronavirus (n-CoV) also called as (2019- nCoV). It is now known as the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-Cov2), a series of acute respiratory disease in Wuhan, Hubei province, China in December 2019. The virus was thought to have originated in bats and spread to humans. At an early stage the disease is mild in most people, but it may progress to pneumonia. The virus has caused morbidity and mortality at an unprecedented scale worldwide. The virus infects the long parenchyma the most, although it can also infect other organ systems. This review covers a variety of topics related to COVID-19, including current understanding, history, therapeutics, vaccines, and future perspectives.
