. Abstract Ayurveda is the vital part of life. The purpose of Ayurveda is to maintain the health and cure of diseases. Dincharya (Daily routine) is one of the principles mentioned on Ayurvedic text. In present scenario, the daily routine of each individual person has become so irregularity and hampered so that, many non-communicable diseases are spread. The daily routine strategy have beneficial physiological effects on proper functioning of the body thereby maintain a state of equilibrium of three Dosha (Vata, Pitta Kapha) seven dhatus (rasa, rakta, manas, mala, medha asthi, majja, shukra) three mala (Purisa, Mutra, Sweda) and improve the power of digestion.
