CASE REPORT: FELTY SYNDROME

. Abstract Background: A rare extra-articular symptom of seropositive rheumatoid arthritis (RA), felty syndrome (FS) is marked by RA, neutropenia, splenomegaly, and recurrent infections. It is unusual. In a case report of felty syndrome, a female patient who is 45 years old complains of abdominal discomfort by 2 months after experiencing abdominal distension and generalized body aches.
