REVIEW ON AMLAPITTA W.S.R TO ITS NIDAN PANCHAKA

. Abstract Now a days disturbance in individual lifestyle are not limited to his activities and habits but also his manner of food intake and nature of food. Ayurveda has given utmost importance to optimal dietary regimen and its variation as per the season, Agni, Prakruti, age, a place the person resides which is one of the most beneficial for maintaining good health. Acharya Charaka explained Asta Aharavidhi Visheshayatana and Ahara Vidhi Vidhan in a scientific manner. When these are not followed, leads to imbalance in Doshas in turn leading to the manifestation of disease. So, it can be clearly understood that imbalanced food habits are considered as the prime cause of the manifestation of disease and Amlapitta is one of them. It the most common disease due to faulty life style, mental stress, unhealthy regimens habits like smoking, alcohol and improper sleep at night etc. As per Ayurvedic science diagnosis should always precede the treatment. It focuses on understanding the disease and to maintain the healthy wellbeing. Nidana Panchaka is an important tool for diagnosing a disease. The study of Nidanapanchaka helps in the comprehensive understanding of Nidana, lakshana, Samprapti, Upashaya, Anupashaya of Amlapitta which helps in Samprapti Vighatana.
