AN EFFECT OF NARAYAN TAIL, SAINDHAV LAVAN AND MADHU UTTARBASTI IN TREATMENT OF MUTROTSANGA W.R.T. URETHRAL STRICTURE A CASE STUDY

. Abstract Now a days Urethral stricture disease is the common problem occurred in the patients after chronic urinary tract infection, urethral injury or post-surgical interventions performed through per urethra. In Ayurvedic literature urethral stricture may be correlated as mutrotsanga as mentioned in Sushruta Samhita. There are advance surgeries available as the science advances with technology various surgeries like Urethrolithotomy, Trans urethral removal of urethral stricture, dilatation of urethra. In this case study, a 71 year old Male patient suffering of urethral stricture was came to Shalya Tantra Department. So after clinical examination and investigations as the case is diagnosed as urethral stricture and treated with Ayurvedic procedure i.e uttarbasti with Narayan Tail, Saindhav Lavan and Madhu.
