Six formulations Orodispersible tablets ODTs were prepared by wet granulation method by using β- cyclodextrin, sodium starch glycolate and sodium and crospovidone as superdisintegrants. The tablets were evaluated for weight variation, hardness, friability, in-vitro disintegration time, assay and in-vitro dissolution study. Hardness and friability data indicated good mechanical strength of tablets. Among the all formulations the F3 formulation according to the drug release was found to be 59.792% at 5minutes and disintegration time within 22 seconds indicated that the tablets ODTs dispersed rapidly in the mouth.
