UNLOCKING RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS: EXPLORING EMERGING AND FUTURE PERSPECTIVES OF HERBAL APPROACHES IN THE MANAGEMENT OF INFLAMMATORY ARTHROPATHY

Abstract

Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) is a Chronic Autoimmune Disorder Portrayed by inflammation of the synovial membrane in joints, leading to pain, swelling, stiffness, and ultimately joint damage and disability if left untreated. It affects roughly 1% of the global residents, substantially women, and has multifactorial etiology involving genetic predilection, environmental incites, and anomaly immune responses. Prevalence of RA is firmly cognate with Major histocompatibility complex (MHC) antigen HLA-DR4 (most specifically DR0401 and 0404). Veridiction of RA trusts on clinical validation, imaging studies, and laboratory technical methods, with early detection crucial for effective management. conformist theraphy for inflammatory arthropathy affords several problems, in terms of both protection and effectiveness. Owing to the side effects of modern medicines, affordability, and accessibility may tend to intensify the global residents' towards complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) options in coping with this debilitating disease. Herbal medicines offer a holistic approach to healthcare. Despite advancements in therapeutic options, achieving sustained remission remains challenging, highlighting the need for personalized treatment approaches and ongoing research into disease mechanisms. This abstract provides a concise overview of RA, emphasizing its clinical features, pathogenesis, diagnostic modalities, and herbal treatment options to enhance understanding and guide clinical practice.
