FORMULATION AND EVALUATION OF PAIN RELIEF ROLL ON OIL

. Abstract In recent years, there has been an increasing focus on the development of new route of drug administration to provide tailored treatment for patient without decreasing efficacy of analgesia in proportion to the knowledge of pain mechanism. While acute pain act as alarm, chronic pain is a syndrome requiring meticulous selection of analgesic drug of high bioavailability for long term use such criteria are challenging that topical medication aim to overcome allowing progressive delivery of active compound maintaining stable plasm levels, with a good safety profile.[11] These research present recent finding regarding topical formulation of most widely used drugs for pain treatment. The present research study about to formulate the topical herbal pain relief roll on oil for analgesic activity. This present research showed good effect for person suffering from pain. In this oil we used clove oil, rosemary oil, eucalyptus oil, ginger oil, peppermint oil. A roll on is a type of liquid preparation packed in a container eucalyptus oil, peppermint oil, rosemary oil, clove oil, ginger oil and coconut oil natural ingredients causes a pleasing sensation helpful to counteract in pain.[1] Keywords: Analgesic, Pain relief, Oil, Herbal.
