. Abstract Ayurveda emphasizes preventive healthcare through lifestyle practices aligned with nature. Dinacharya (daily routine) and Ritucharya (seasonal regimen) are foundational concepts that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Dinacharya includes practices like early rising, oral hygiene, oil massage, exercise, and proper meals to maintain health and prevent disease. Ritucharya involves seasonal adaptations in diet and lifestyle to maintain balance and immunity. In today’s world, lifestyle disorders like obesity, diabetes, and mental stress are increasing due to irregular habits and poor routines. Integrating Ayurvedic principles of Dinacharya and Ritucharya into modern life offers a holistic approach to health and wellness. These regimens, supported by traditional texts and emerging scientific evidence, serve as effective preventive strategies.
