Abstract Jet lag is a physiological phenomenon that occurs for travelers making long flights by crossing many time zones. Standardized powdered extracts of these herbs were used in the formulation process along with appropriate excipients such as PVP K30 (binder), talc (glidant), MCC (filler), benzoic acid (preservative) to achieve stability and potency All the resulted capsules were subjected to pharmaceutical KPIs such as preformulation condition of the excipients, flowability study, dissolution , in vitro disintegration, friability study and microbiological contamination assessment findings showed that the herbal smart pills conformed to standard pharmacopeial requirements which were Good Flow properties (angle of repose Keywords: Jet lag, Ashwagandha, Shankhpushpi, Tulsi, adaptogenic, nootropic, stress relieving, capsule.
