Abstract

Ayurved is a time-honored medicinal tradition originating in India. In which Rasashastra is the discipline concerned with preparing Herbo-mineral medicines. Chandanadi Lauha is type of Kharaliya Rasayana aimed at treating ailments through an integrated and holistic approach. It plays important role in treatment of fever and intermittent fever as well as Anaemia, Worm infestation, diabetes and Spleenomegaly but, practitioners are unaware of utility and their pharmaceutico-analytical properties.
