*Dr. Rishika Chauhan, Dr. Amritanshu Saroch, Dr. Namisha Ramotra, Dr. Kartik Goel
. Abstract Ayurveda emphasizes the importance of preventive measures over mere treatment of diseases. Among its numerous strategies, Achar Rasayana stands out as a vital non-pharmacological approach aimed at promoting physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being. It provides a holistic framework for personal development and contributes to the formation of a harmonious and progressive society.[1,2] Unlike modern medicine, which often focuses on treating specific ailments in isolation, Ayurveda integrates all dimensions of life to maintain health and prevent disease. Modern public health and community medicine, recognized globally, align with this holistic vision, as emphasized by the World Health Organization.[3] The relevance of Achar Rasayana is particularly significant today, as societies face challenges such as aggression, indulgence, and psychological stress. Through structured moral, ethical, dietary, and lifestyle practices, it enhances mental resilience, boosts immunity, and strengthens social harmony. Keywords: Achar Rasayana, holistic health, community medicine, immunity, preventive care, spiritual well-being. [Full Text Article] [Download Certificate] |
