Aharvidhivisheshayatane guides balancing food according to Dosha, Prakriti and physical needs, considering properties, origin, environment, season and preparation methods. Aharavidhi vishesh aayatan is basically the rules for eating right and it’s all laid out in Ayurvedic texts.
