Abstract Pakshaghat (hemiplegia) is a debilitating neurological disorder, closely correlated with stroke in modern medicine. Its management requires prolonged rehabilitation aimed at restoring motor functions and improving the quality of life. In Ayurveda, Pakshaghat is classified under Vata Vyadhi and managed through Panchakarma, internal medications, and supportive therapies.
