SYNTHESIS, CHARACTERIZATION AND IN VITRO ANTIINFLAMMATORY ACTIVITY OF SOME SUBSTITUTED 1, 3, 4–ARYL OXADIAZOLE DERIVATIVES

Abstract A new series of substituted 1,3,4-aryl Oxadiazoles were synthesized by standard methods. The synthesized compounds were scaled for their spectral studies and the structures of the synthesized compounds were confirmed by IR, NMR, Mass and CHN analysis.The newly synthesized compounds were subjected to anti-inflammatory activity by in vitro protein denaturation method. Some of the synthesized compounds have shown promising anti-inflammatory activities against the standard reference Ibuprofen.
