Abstract

METHOD FOR QUICK DETERMINATION OF OMEPRAZOLE - A WAY OF EFFECTIVE AND SAFE TREATMENT FOR PATIENTS WITH RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

Abstract

The aim of current study is to assess the willingness of the patients with rheumatoid arthritis to use gastricprotectors such as omeprazole in order to avoid the adverse drug reactions of nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs. A structured questionnaire is applied in order to assess the level of acceptance among the pharmacy patients aged 18-75 years. The results obtained are statistically processed by SPSS ver. 17.0. Relatively small cohort from the patients are ready to use it because of the ADR mostly associated with the quality of the drug. That is why a quality control method was proposed.
