Abstract

ISOLATION, PURIFICATION AND SPECTRAL ANALYSIS OF PURE COMPOUND OBTAINED FROM LEAVES EXTRACT OF ASPARAGUS RACEMOSUS

Abstract

The leaves extract of Asparagus racemosus was studied for isolation of pure compound by column chromatography and purified by thin layer chromatography (TLC) and identified with help of preliminary phytochemical analysis, physical properties, and structure elucidation by spectroscopic techniques such as UV-visible spectroscopy, Infrared spectroscopy, 1H NMR spectroscopy and Mass spectroscopy. The compound isolated by leaves extract of Asparagus racemosus.
