FACTORS AFFECTING NON COMPLIANCE TO ART TREATMENT AMONG HIV CLIENTS.

Abstract

A study was conducted to assess the factors affecting non-compliance to ART treatment among HIV clients.  The objective of the study was to assess the factors affecting the non compliance to ART treatment among HIV clients. The study concluded that there are various factors like individual, regimen, socio-cultural, financial and health services factors which are responsible for non-compliance to ART treatment among HIV clients.
